Sallycakes is a gourmet catering business
in Southeastern Massachusetts. In this business I have
been able to express my passion for producing delicious
one of a kind cakes, wedding cakes, pastries and other
desserts.
I started as a pastry chef in 1982, gaining experience
and a following in a locally acclaimed restaurant, the
Bridge Street Cafe. I have built on my experience there
to create Sallycakes classics such as the ever popular
and versatile 'Sweet Tray' of assorted bars and cookies,
the chocolate lovers' Chocolate Truffle Torte and my
infamous Raspberry Fruit Cloud Cake. My customer base
has widened since the cafe days and my creations have
brought a smile to many faces.
With all my years in the food business, I am confident
in providing desserts that will exceed your expectations
and enhance whatever occasion you are planning, be it
a birthday, a wedding, a corporate event, a fundraiser,
a customer thank you or a gift.
