Raspberry Fruit Cloud Cake – Three light 8-inch layers of either chocolate or vanilla genoise, brushed with a raspberry sugar syrup, filled and with raspberry whipped cream or chocolate ganache and surrounded with a chocolate lattice. Must be refrigerated. $42
